Terms
In force from 24 October 2026.
Who we are
FlameWill is a trade name of microcompanies, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. These terms are between microcompanies, LLC and the GitHub organization that uses FlameWill, acting through the members who sign in for it. Write to hello@flamewill.com.
The service
FlameWill runs your organization's GitHub Actions jobs on ARM64 machines in the EU, one job per machine, destroyed after the job. It serves organizations that install the FlameWill app and that we have switched on. FlameWill is in preview: we switch organizations on by hand, and we may decline to serve one.
Prices and billing
Prices per minute for each runner size are on the pricing page, in US dollars. Each job is billed in whole minutes, rounded up, from the moment GitHub says it started to the moment GitHub says it finished: at least one minute for a job that ran, nothing for a job that never started. A new price applies to jobs that run after it is published there.
Prepaid credit
FlameWill is paid in advance. You add credit through Stripe, at least $10 and at most $1000 at a time, and each job's billed amount comes off it when the job finishes. Credit can be used only for FlameWill jobs of the organization it was added to. Credit is not refundable: it is bought to run jobs, and we plan our capacity with it. Credit does not expire.
When your credit runs out, new jobs may not start until you add more. A job already running finishes, and its cost can take the balance below zero; the next credit you add covers it first. If a payment is disputed with your bank, its amount is held back from your credit until the dispute is settled.
What the service is for
Continuous integration for your organization's own repositories. Not for mining cryptocurrency, attacking or scanning other systems, sending spam, or anything unlawful. We may stop a job, or stop serving an organization, that does any of these; credit it used for them is not refunded.
Machines and jobs
Machines come from spare data-centre capacity. In the rare case a job loses its machine mid-run, it fails with “runner lost” andFlameWill re-runs it once its run has finished. Keep anything you need in GitHub (artifacts, caches you save): nothing stays on a machine after its job.
No warranty
During the preview the service is provided as it is, without any promise of availability or fitness for a purpose. To the extent the law allows, microcompanies, LLC's liability to your organization is limited to the credit it added in the three months before the claim.
Changes and law
We may change these terms; a change applies from the day it is published on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
